To strengthen the work of promoting firm development through Party building, facilitate communication and collaboration with non-Party members, and build consensus on the rule of law and integrity, the Firm's General Party Branch, together with the High-Quality Development Advisory Committee and the Financial and Securities Practice Group, organized a study and education event. Selected members of the General Party Branch and individuals from democratic parties visited the Suhao Huisheng Investment Education Base (Financial Museum). The group toured the special exhibition on modern financial history and the financial professionals' National People's Congress deputy liaison station, systematically studying compliance management and investment risk prevention in the financial industry. Participants exchanged insights on-site, integrating their learning with lawyer professional ethics and the requirements for Party conduct and clean governance. This event was a concrete practice of the Firm's Party organization in strengthening integrity education and actively exploring ways to build friendships with non-Party members. Going forward, the General Party Branch will continue to improve the regular communication mechanism between Party members and non-Party members, better uphold integrity to strengthen responsibility, unite all forces, adhere to the original aspiration of the rule of law and the bottom line of integrity, and contribute professional wisdom and strength to the construction of a law-based Nanjing and the compliant development of the financial sector. Our lawyer, Zhou Chunlei, was invited as an industry expert to participate in a peer review of the quality of civil legal aid cases in Zhenjiang City. This peer review was conducted in strict accordance with the Rules for Peer Review of the Quality of Civil and Administrative Legal Aid Cases, aiming to further strengthen quality control of legal aid cases, promote improvement and enhance quality through evaluation, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of aid recipients. Combining the evaluation rules with her practical experience, Lawyer Zhou systematically introduced the legal basis and core principles of the evaluation work, explained its basic principles and judgment criteria, and broke down the key points, dimensions, and practical essentials of the eight first-level indicators in the evaluation system, laying a solid professional foundation for the fair, just, and orderly conduct of this peer review. In the concluding phase of the evaluation, she summarized the highlights and common issues of the legal aid cases under review, analyzed the weak links, and, based on judicial practice and industry standards, put forward targeted suggestions for optimizing case handling procedures, standardizing case files, and improving the quality and efficiency of legal aid services. The Zhong'ao Community of Shazhou Sub-district in Jianye District, Nanjing, held a special seminar titled "Political and Legal Affairs Entering the Community, Rule of Law Promoting Harmony" at its Party-Mass Service Center. Our senior partner, Bu Tao, was invited to attend as a legal advisor. She provided legal opinions and suggestions on practical issues such as privacy disputes arising from the installation of surveillance cameras for objects falling from heights, non-standard procedures for accessing surveillance footage, malicious litigation by owners, and the use of maintenance funds. You Qian, Director of our International, Maritime, and Admiralty Law Practice Group, was invited to attend. The event aimed to actively respond to Anhui Province's "Huidong Global" initiative, precisely assist local enterprises in expanding into overseas markets, effectively build a bridge for communication between government and enterprises, and provide legal and resource guarantees for enterprises to "go global" in compliance with regulations.
