Recently, Attorney Xu Jun has joined our firm's legal team, focusing on providing legal services in emerging fields such as digital economy, environmental resources, and meteorology law. Attorney Xu holds a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law, is a professor, and currently serves as the Deputy Dean of the School of Law and Politics at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. He is also a part-time expert for the Ministry of Education's Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Evaluation, Executive Director of the Digital Law Research Association and Environmental Law Research Association of the Jiangsu Law Society, invited consulting expert for Nanjing Intermediate People's Court, and Vice Dean of the Jiangbei New Area Juvenile Law School. Attorney Xu has long been engaged in research and teaching in fields such as digital law and climate law. He has hosted more than ten projects, including those funded by the Ministry of Education and the Jiangsu Provincial Philosophy and Social Science Fund, and has published over fifty academic papers and theoretical articles in journals, with one of his papers ranking 37th in the "Top 100 in Legal Influence" list by China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). His “Community Legal Service” course was approved as a national first-class course, and some of his cases were selected for the China Professional Degree Case Center. He has also been awarded as an "Outstanding MPA Mentor" nationally.
