概述
The Boomstar Public Welfare Legal Affairs Department was established on January 1, 2019, with young and mid-career lawyers as its backbone, forming the "Boai Zhiyun" Legal Aid Service Team. The department has set up the " People-benefit Minor Protection Workstation , the "Migrant Workers' Rights Protection Legal Aid Workstation of Jiangsu Lawyers Association ," the "Pioneer (Tongxin) Service Team," and the "Lawyer Mediation Studio." It provides legal aid and public welfare legal services across the province, including stationed legal aid consultations at provincial, municipal, and district legal aid centers, legal document drafting, case analysis discussions, and community legal education activities. For eligible recipients of legal aid, it also offers litigation representation, as well as non-litigation negotiation and mediation legal services.
