Copyright registration refers to the act of an interested party applying to the registration authority in accordance with the law, in order to register the work and its associated rights in the register.

I. Main Purpose of the Service

Through copyright registration, the status of the rights can be clarified, helping the right holder to protect and exercise their rights.

II. Main Service Content

(I) Copyright Registration

1. Preparation before Copyright Registration: This includes gathering the work, the registration application form, and the identity documents of the copyright holder.

2. Copyright Registration: Completing and submitting the necessary copyright registration documents in accordance with the requirements of the copyright law.

3. Communication during the Review Process: Responsible for maintaining communication with the China Copyright Protection Center.

4. Obtaining the Registration Certificate: Once the process is complete, obtaining the copyright registration certificate.
