Cross-border Legal Services

To further promote Sino-European economic and trade cooperation and legal culture exchange, in January 2021, Jiangsu Boomstar Law Firm and Germany's Haide International GmbH jointly initiated and launched the establishment of the Sino-European Cross-border Legal Comprehensive Service Platform through the Sino-German Technology Innovation Center. On June 23, the second "Yangtze River Delta 'Law + Technology' Conference" was held in Jianye District, Nanjing. During this conference, the platform was officially signed and established. The Sino-European Cross-border Legal Comprehensive Service Platform is characterized by its "parallel structure, two-way interaction, and comprehensiveness," adhering to international conventions and led by lawyers to manage the project process, providing "full life-cycle" legal services for Sino-European cross-border investment, trade, training, and arbitration. The establishment of the platform has received high attention from the Jianye District Party Committee and the district government, which instructed the platform to fully utilize the resources of the legal services industry park, expand financial legal services with a focus on "guidance for enterprise overseas listings," and contribute to the development of important financial centers in the eastern region.
