Establishing and Improving Corporate Rules and Regulations:This includes developing a series of employment systems covering the entire employment process, from hiring to resignation, such as recruitment systems, labor contract systems, compensation management systems, labor discipline systems, attendance systems, leave systems, performance evaluation systems, confidentiality and non-compete agreements, reward and punishment systems, and resignation management systems.
Providing Special Legal Services:These include creating employee placement and layoff plans, participating in negotiations for major personnel changes, calculating compensation costs, and drafting agreements for negotiated terminations.
Providing Specialized HR Legal Training:This involves offering labor law training for executives and HR personnel to improve the company's legal knowledge and human resources management capabilities. Basic legal training is also provided to employees to strengthen their legal awareness.
