The first Session: Commend the Advanced
To promote positive energy, honor the advanced, and set exemplary leadership, on the occasion of celebrating the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, after deliberation and recommendation by each Party group, the Party branch has decided to give public recognition to outstanding Communist Party members Wang Wenfei, Liu Shenghui, Shi Wenjuan, Yu Wei, Yuan Yiwei, and Gao Pengxiang. Comrade Wang Zhiyan, the deputy secretary of the Party branch, read out the recognition decision, and Comrade Zhou Lianyong, the secretary of the Party branch, presented the certificates of honor to the outstanding Communist Party members.
The second Session: Election for the Branch Committee
To strengthen the Party's overall leadership, implement all requirements of the Party's strict self-governance, enhance the political function of Party organizations, and improve their organizational and combat capabilities, in accordance with the Party Constitution and the "Regulations on the Election Work of Grassroots Party Organizations of the Communist Party of China" and other relevant provisions, after careful preparation and deliberation in the early stage and with the approval of the superior Party organization, a Party member assembly was held to elect the members of the general branch committee. The election was conducted by secret ballot, in compliance with the requirements for election supervision, and was carried out in two stages: a preferential election and a formal election. Through the election, Comrades Zhou Lianyong, Wang Zhiyan, Zhou Yu, Liu Jun, Yuan Yang, Dong Yuquan, and Gao Pengxiang were elected as members of the general branch committee with a high number of votes. After the general branch elects the secretary and deputy secretary, they will be reported to the superior Party organization for record and approval.
The Third Session: Party Discipline Guidance
Promoting the strict strengthening of the Party's discipline construction by the Party organization, emphasizing integration into daily work and regular implementation, and conducting high-quality Party discipline learning and education to foster a strong atmosphere of studying, understanding, clarifying and abiding by the Party discipline among lawyer Party members is an important task for the current Party building work in the lawyer industry. The Party branch specially invited Comrade Zhu Wangxiang, the Party branch secretary and the director of Jiangsu Zhibang Law Office, to give a Party lesson on the theme of "Party Discipline Learning and Education - Strengthening Discipline and Building a Strong Ideological Defense Line".
The Fourth Session: Party Spirit Education
Xinhua Daily was born in the midst of the flames of the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression when the Chinese nation was at a critical juncture of life and death. It was the first large-scale daily newspaper founded by the Communist Party of China since its establishment and the first national political organ newspaper hosted by the Communist Party in the center of the Kuomintang's rule. It has faithfully witnessed and recorded the tumultuous years of the Chinese nation standing up, getting rich, and growing strong, always maintaining the political character of the unity of party nature and people nature, and timely publicizing the Party's propositions and reflecting the people's voices. It has become an important "army" in the Party's century-long news and public opinion work. As a patriotic education practice base in Jiangsu Province, the Xinhua Daily Museum comprehensively condenses and exhibits this chapter of a fighting and glorious history. Through immersive historical scene experiences and internalized Party history learning, the Party members received a vivid and profound Party spirit education and also underwent a spiritual cleansing that shapes the soul and unites the hearts.
The Fifth Session: Pairing and Joint Construction
To further promote the work of Party building facilitating office development, and to explore effective ways of organizational co-construction, interaction among Party members and common development, so as to make the foundation of Party building more solid, the role of the Party organization as a fighting fortress more prominent and the exemplary role of Party members and cadres more outstanding, the General Party Branch Committee of Jiangsu Bosidat Law Office and the General Party Branch Committee of Xinhua Cloud Media have carried out Party building co-construction activities around themes such as abiding by rules and regulations, strict governance of the Party and promoting development. The General Party Branch Committee members and the Party building advisor of our office visited the Xinhua Daily Media Group's All-media Command Center. Comrade Chen Mingming, the deputy secretary of the General Party Branch Committee of Xinhua Cloud Media (right in the picture above), and Comrade Zhou Lianyong signed the agreement on the co-construction work of the General Party Branch Committees and exchanged views on Party building. Comrade Du Xueyan, the secretary of the First Party Branch of the General Party Branch Committee of Xinhua Cloud Media (left in the picture below), and Comrade Wang Zhiyan made key speeches on the basic practices and experiences of promoting development through Party building. Other comrades from the two General Party Branch Committees also discussed related work.
Comrade Zhou Lianyong stated: Strengthening the Party building work in the legal service industry of lawyers, and enhancing political guidance, is an important guarantee for promoting the development of the cause. This "Study the Regulations, Clarify the Bottom Line, Enhance Self-awareness - Strict Governance of the Party, Promote Development" Party Day activity has a clear theme, rich content, and is closely related to reality, achieving the expected results. The joint construction of Party building work is also very distinctive. It is hoped that through the implementation of diverse joint construction and creation activities, it will more effectively drive in-depth cooperation between law offices and service units, enhance mutual trust, improve service mechanisms, provide forward-looking and high-quality legal services for economic and social development, and make new and greater contributions to striving for advanced Party organizations and outstanding law offices in the national legal service industry.
