*Since July 1985, he has been served as the deputy director of provincial notary office and senior notary in the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Justice and the Legal Office of Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, a practicing lawyer in Jiangsu Xinhua Law Firm, deputy secretary-general of Jiangsu Bar Association and secretary-general of the Provincial Branch, as well as the director of Jiangsu Provincial Legal Affairs Center and deputy director of Legal System Research Center. Successful Cases
* In the case of dispute over economic contract between XXX Provincial Authority, other five Nanjing and Yangzhou units and Hong Kong XXX Company, Nanjing Intermediate People’s Court adopted our opinion, rejected the complaint made by Hong Kong XXX Company in the first trial, and recovered huge losses;
* In the appeal case of dispute over maritime commerce of XXX Company, Hubei Higher People’s Court adopted our opinion in the second trial and changed the original judgment according to law;
* In the case of Hong X and other four people suspected of infringing on trade secrets (intellectual property rights), one person was not guilty and three people were suspended;
* In the negotiation plan of dispute over planning and designing 100 million Yuan loan contract for XXX Bank Nanjing Branch, the chairman of XXX Listed Company in Hong Kong was forced to assume joint and several liability guarantee;
